Service Description

This is a class to help you recharge, relax and refresh. Is there a better way to start the weekend? This is a special 2h class of yin yoga, combined with breathing exercises and guided meditation. Each participant can also receive some gentle massage and assistance through human touch during the practice if wanted. This is completely optional. Yin yoga is a form of yoga where we move slow and spend longer times in poses gently releasing tension in both body and mind. When you sign up, you can make a wish which part of your body needs most attention (e.g. shoulders, lower back, legs). One session fits maximum 3 people, which allows me to actually take into consideration your wishes. Check booking calendar for next sessions and available spots.
